Leapmotor's A10 electric SUV, launching in China in 2026, may debut in Australia as the B03X, offering up to 500km range and advanced tech.

The Leapmotor A10, a compact electric SUV unveiled at the 2025 Guangzhou Motor Show, is set to launch in China in early 2026 and may enter Australia as the B03X. Smaller than the BYD Atto 2, it features a battery-electric powertrain with up to 500km range under CLTC testing—about 425km on WLTP—powered by an ultra-high-density LFP battery. Built on Leapmotor’s new LEAP chassis, it includes LiDAR-based driver assistance, an AI cockpit, and over-the-air updates. Exterior features include semi-hidden door handles, a floating roof, and a smile-shaped light signature. While Stellantis Australia hasn’t confirmed its release, the A10 could become the nation’s most affordable electric SUV. Leapmotor plans to expand in Australia with the B05 hatch and potentially the large D19 SUV in 2026, though an extended-range variant for the A10 remains unconfirmed.
