A Bangkok court issued an arrest warrant for Thai transgender Miss Universe co-owner Jakkaphong Jakrajutatip over a 30 million baht fraud case.

A Bangkok court has issued an arrest warrant for Jakkaphong “Anne” Jakrajutatip, Thai transgender co-owner of the Miss Universe Organization, after she missed a December 26, 2025, hearing in a fraud case over alleged 30 million baht ($930,362) bond sales to investor Raweewat Maschamadol in 2023. The case involves financial misconduct by her former company, JKN Global Group, now in debt rehabilitation with about 3 billion baht ($93 million) in liabilities. Jakrajutatip, who resigned from all roles in June 2024, has not been seen publicly, skipping the 74th Miss Universe pageant in November amid controversies including judge departures and rigging allegations. JKN denies she fled or liquidated assets; no official comment has been made on the warrant.
