The one-man commission investigating Indian singer Zubeen Garg’s death in Singapore has extended its evidence submission deadline to December 12.
Led by Justice Soumitra Saikia and set up by the Assam government, the probe began taking testimony on November 3 and was initially scheduled to finish by November 21.

The inquiry aims to clarify the circumstances of Garg’s death, review any lapses, and examine whether external factors—including possible foul play—were involved.
