Saskatoon police are investigating two separate incidents on November 23-24, 2025. A 37-year-old man was seriously stabbed in the Riversdale neighborhood and is recovering in hospital; authorities believe the attack occurred on Avenue D South and are seeking witnesses. Around the same time, an 18-year-old from Prince Albert was arrested in the Pleasant Hill area after a gunshot was reported, with police recovering a shotgun and ammunition. He faces multiple charges including firearm-related offenses and obstruction. Both cases are under active investigation.
