Elaman has launched Project Olympus, a new residential development in Auckland’s Mt Albert, offering 87 affordable, design-led apartments starting at $539,000.
Located near Murray Halberg Park, the low-rise project features one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with modern finishes like stainless-steel benchtops and mosaic tiles, plus sustainable amenities including EV charging, rainwater harvesting, and e-bike storage.
Completion is set for December 2025, with move-ins beginning in February 2026.
The development, led by founder Ido Drent, aims to promote community and sustainability, with body corporate fees starting at $2,000 annually.
Elaman plans to expand into Onehunga, Morningside, and Northcote, building on its previous state housing projects.
