The November 21, 2025, filing under India’s Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act claims Haag controlled her finances, blocked access to their children, and subjected her to racist remarks and manipulation, especially during a period of severe depression following personal losses. Jaitly seeks ₹10 lakh monthly maintenance and ₹50 crore in compensation, with a separate civil suit challenging a 2019 property transfer. The court has issued a notice to Haag, who lives in Austria, and the next hearing is set for December 12.
