A 15-year-old boy has been arrested after a 17-year-old was fatally stabbed in Bruce Purser Reserve behind Rouse Hill High School in Sydney’s northwest on Monday afternoon.
The attack, which occurred around 4:20 p.m., involved two or three youths who were not students at the school, and police believe it was not random.
The victim suffered a thigh wound and died at the scene despite emergency medical treatment.
The suspect surrendered with a parent and is cooperating with investigators.
