A series of minor earthquakes struck Oregon in late November 2025, with a 3.3 magnitude quake on November 23 near Amity at 3:58 PM, followed by a 3.2 magnitude event earlier that morning and a 2.9 magnitude quake on November 24 west-southwest of Pistol River.
All were shallow, ranging from 9 to 14 kilometers deep, and caused no injuries or damage.
The U.S. Geological Survey confirmed the events, noting they were felt by dozens to hundreds of people but posed no significant threat.
No tsunamis were triggered, and the region’s seismic activity remained low, with these being the only quakes of magnitude 3.0 or greater in the past 30 to 365 days.
