Guizhou to launch China’s first regular low-altitude drone logistics route in 2025, using a certified eVTOL drone for medical and agricultural deliveries.
Guizhou province in China plans to launch its first regular low-altitude drone logistics route in 2025 after a successful test flight of the V2000CG CarryAll eVTOL aircraft, which flew 118 kilometers in 40 minutes, delivering medical supplies and agricultural goods.
Developed by Shanghai-based AutoFlight, the drone, powered by CATL batteries, is the only eVTOL over 1 tonne to receive all three required Chinese aviation certifications.
With a 400 kg payload and 200 km range, it aims to improve rural logistics and emergency response, with future plans for passenger transport.
The project supports China’s expanding low-altitude economy, projected to reach 1.5 trillion yuan by 2025.
