The offering includes a fresh issue of ₹1,279.3 crore and an offer for sale of ₹3,620.7 crore by existing investors.
The Bengaluru-based firm, founded in 2000, serves global clients like Microsoft, Apple, and Amazon.
In FY2025, it reported a 25.9% revenue rise to ₹2,765 crore and turned profitable with ₹22 crore net profit.
Proceeds will fund debt repayment, R&D, expansion, and acquisitions.
Kotak Mahindra Capital, Morgan Stanley, Axis Capital, and Goldman Sachs are lead managers.
SEBI also approved IPOs for Amagi Media Labs and Sahajanand Medical Technologies.
