Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia signed a judicial cooperation program during the second International Justice Conference in Riyadh, November 23–24, 2025, strengthening ties in justice through collaboration on legal registration, notary services, best practices, and academic exchanges.
The agreement, part of 22 cooperation documents, was signed by Azerbaijani Justice Minister Farid Ahmadov and Saudi Justice Minister Walid bin Muhammad bin Saleh Al-Samni.
The conference, attended by over 40 countries, focused on digital transformation, artificial intelligence in courts, modern legislation, and alternative dispute resolution, highlighting global efforts to modernize justice systems.
