A Vancouver man, Rasheed Pascua Hossain, has been arrested in Canada on federal charges related to an alleged international drug trafficking operation tied to Ryan James Wedding, a fugitive Canadian Olympic snowboarder wanted by the FBI and believed to be in Mexico.
