Social media influencer Christopher Blake Griffith has filed a counterclaim against New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs, alleging sexual battery and assault during a May 2023 encounter at Diggs’ Maryland home. Griffith claims he was drugged with a candy, exposed to unwanted sexual advances, and physically threatened by Diggs and his brother Darez, who allegedly accused him of theft and assaulted him. He also alleges Diggs used a burner Instagram account to defame him and that he was attacked outside his Los Angeles apartment a week later, with video showing Darez among the attackers. The claims come amid a legal battle that began when Diggs sued Griffith for libel. Diggs has not publicly responded to the new allegations.
