Indian space startup Agnikul Cosmos has raised ₹150 crore ($17 million) in a new funding round, valuing the company at $500 million.
The investment, led by Advenza Global, HDFC Bank, and 100X.VC, will support the development of reusable launch vehicles, including the 3D-printed Agnibaan rocket, planned for 2026 launches.
Funds will also expand production, advance stage recovery, and build a 350-acre integrated space campus in Tamil Nadu.
The company, incubated at IIT-Chennai, has achieved a successful sub-orbital launch and secured patents for extended upper-stage life and metal additive manufacturing.
