The Tony Awards Administration Committee has confirmed eligibility for several performers and creatives in the 79th Annual Tony Awards, including Christine Sherrill, Caissie Levy, Joshua Henry, and Brandon Uranowitz for leading roles in musicals, and Will Harrison and Susannah Flood for leading roles in plays. Andrew Bruce and Bobby Aitken are eligible for sound design on Mamma Mia!—marking the first time their work on the 2002 revival is considered, as the category didn’t exist then. Leanne Pinder is eligible for choreography on Punch, and Adam Honoré, Donald Holder, and 59 Studio are jointly eligible for lighting design on Ragtime. All decisions were made on November 20, 2025, with the rest of eligibility to follow opening night credits. The awards are presented by The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing.
