Meron Capital, an Israeli early-stage venture firm, has closed a $70 million third fund, raising $170 million total.
The fund will target pre-seed and seed investments in AI, cybersecurity, fintech, digital health, climate tech, and robotics.
Its portfolio, built from $100 million deployed in two prior funds, is now valued at over $8 billion with seven exits, including acquisitions by ServiceNow, Tricentis, and Amazon Web Services.
The firm has added Gil Shai, co-founder of CloudEndure—acquired by AWS for $300 million—as Managing Partner, bringing operational and go-to-market expertise to help startups scale.
