Kurtz, a former racer and tech entrepreneur, joins the team’s strategic steering committee as a technology advisor, focusing on innovation, data analytics, and global expansion, particularly in the U.S. Toto Wolff retains his roles as team principal and CEO, with ownership split among Wolff, Mercedes-Benz, and INEOS.
