Silver Wolf Exploration has increased its non-brokered private placement to raise up to C$2.125 million by selling 14.17 million units at C$0.15 each, up from C$1.5 million. Each unit includes one share and half a warrant, with warrants exercisable at $0.25 for one share within 36 months. Proceeds will fund a 3,000-meter drill program at its Ana Maria property in Mexico and general working capital. The offering is open in most Canadian provinces, offshore jurisdictions, and the U.S. to qualified investors, with insider participation exempt from certain approvals and subject to a four-month resale hold.
