A man was stabbed in a Pennsylvania Turnpike crash and airlifted; a fleeing female passenger was arrested.

A stabbing occurred on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Lurgan Township, Franklin County, around 5:40 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, near mile marker 199–201. A driver involved in a crash into the median sustained a stab wound and was airlifted to Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital. A female passenger fled into nearby woods but was later taken into custody.
