ING Bank Slaski has agreed to acquire the remaining 55% stake in Goldman Sachs TFI for 396 million zlotys ($108 million), completing full ownership of the Polish asset manager.
The deal, pending regulatory approval, is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
Goldman Sachs TFI manages mutual funds for over 736,000 clients and holds about 12% of Poland’s mutual fund market share, making it the second-largest player.
The final price includes a dividend equivalent for January 2026 to the month before closing.
The acquisition is projected to reduce ING Bank Slaski’s consolidated total capital and Tier 1 ratios by about 34 basis points.
