India demolishes home of Al-Falah University founder linked to Delhi blast and money laundering probe.
The Mhow Cantonment Board has ordered the demolition of Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui’s ancestral home in Madhya Pradesh over unauthorized construction, issuing a three-day notice to remove illegal basement and upper-floor additions.
Siddiqui, founder of Al-Falah University and currently in Enforcement Directorate custody, faces money laundering charges linked to the November 10 Delhi blast that killed 15 people.
The ED alleges funds from the university were diverted to family-owned companies, with ₹48 lakh in cash and digital evidence seized during raids across 19 locations.
The university is under scrutiny for alleged fake accreditation and ties to extremist networks, with authorities dismantling a suspected "white-collar terror module" and seizing nearly 2,900 kg of explosives.
