A 4,313-hectare Central Queensland cattle property sold for $18 million after six bids.
Bidding for Carnangarra, a 4,313-hectare Central Queensland cattle property near Comet, has reached $18 million with six bids submitted since Tuesday’s auction began, ending Friday at 10 a.m.
The property, within 300km of major agricultural facilities, has sustained 1,700 adult cattle equivalents for a decade using rotational grazing.
It features diverse pastures, 8km of river frontage, 18 dams, 22 main paddocks, and modern infrastructure including steel cattle yards, a solar-powered four-bedroom home, and storage facilities.
The sale is managed by RBV Rural.
