Brett Daniel Taylor, 53, faces nine new charges in Queensland over alleged involvement in an assisted suicide network, including aiding the 2024 death of a 75-year-old man and supplying pentobarbital at high prices.
He is accused of using a fake whale conservation charity to obtain veterinary drugs and commit fraud, with police investigating up to 20 deaths since 2021.
Two others, including an 80-year-old man and an 81-year-old woman, have also been charged.
Taylor, who remains in custody, is due in court on December 2.
