Two UK retailers still misstate return policies despite warnings, violating UK law.

Martin Lewis has reported Evans and Carluccio's to Trading Standards for failing to correct misleading return policy information on their websites, despite being alerted in July. As of November 18, 2025, these two UK retailers remain the only ones among 30 identified still inaccurately stating return periods, contrary to UK law which allows 28 days for returns. Lewis, during his ITV show, urged consumers to stay vigilant and emphasized the importance of accurate consumer information, particularly during the holiday season.
