A Sudbury youth theater presents a local Annie musical with young performers, running Nov. 19–Dec. 14.
The YES Theatre in Sudbury is staging a locally driven production of the musical Annie, running from November 19, 2025, through December 14, with performances Tuesday through Sunday and weekend matinees.
The show features a nearly all-local cast, with 16 young performers from the community, including 12-year-olds Willow Ann Wilcock and Oqeequa Williston Osawabine from Manitoulin, who alternate in the lead role of Annie.
Many cast members, including those playing adult ensemble roles, are teens and preteens, highlighting youth talent under director Peter Hinton-Davis.
April Perrin, who plays Lily, praises the cast’s energy and dedication.
The production retains the classic story and music, with Iggy, the director’s 13-year-old pug-chihuahua, playing Sandy.
The show is promoted as a family-friendly holiday experience.
