Paul Greene, 52, a musician and former Olympian, has been granted a two-year apprehended violence order in Nowra, NSW, barring him from contacting or approaching a woman within 100 meters.
The order was made by consent and does not require an admission of guilt.
Greene, known for his work with Midnight Oil’s Rob Hirst and founding record labels Sounds Delicious and Red Shelf Records, has competed in the 1996 Olympics and multiple Commonwealth Games.
This is not his first AVO-related case; a similar application in 2018 was dismissed.
The woman involved remains unidentified for legal reasons.
