A new UK housing project earns RSPB approval for eco-friendly gardens with wildlife features.

A new housing development in Stourport-on-Severn, The Pearls, has received RSPB accreditation for its wildlife-friendly gardens designed by Barratt and David Wilson Homes. The certified gardens include hedgehog highways, bird and bat boxes, ponds, bug hotels, beehives, compost bins, water butts, and native plants, following RSPB guidelines. Part of a long-standing partnership since 2014, the project aims to create nature-rich communities. Show homes are open for viewing, featuring sustainable designs to inspire homeowners. The development offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes near the Wyre Forest District, with access to local amenities and transport links.
