Nairobi Governor reshuffles 10 top officials to improve county service delivery.

Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja has reshuffled 10 county chief officers effective November 18, 2025, under the County Governments Act, citing performance and suitability. Geoffrey Mosiria, previously head of Environment, was moved to Citizen Engagement and Customer Service, while Hibrahim Otieno took over Environment. Other changes include Godfrey Akumali to Housing and Urban Renewal, Wilson Gakuya to Digital Economy and Start-Ups, and Clement Rapudo to Smart Nairobi. The reorganization aims to enhance service delivery and county operations.
