Former Maine gubernatorial candidate Eliot Cutler, 79, faces a motion to revoke his six-year probation after allegedly violating its terms by accessing a sexually explicit website and using unmonitored electronic devices, according to court documents and reports.
The allegations stem from September and October activity, including searching for escort services and bypassing device monitoring, actions that breach conditions set after his 2023 conviction for four counts of possessing child pornography.
Cutler, who served about eight months in prison, has not publicly responded.
A hearing is scheduled for December 16, 2025.
