Kingston has launched the Dual Portable SSD, a compact external drive with dual USB-A and USB-C ports for direct device connectivity. It offers up to 1,050 MB/s read and 950 MB/s write speeds using USB 3.2 Gen 2 and 3D NAND flash memory. Available in 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB capacities, the 13g device works with Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome OS, Android, and iOS/iPadOS. It is now available for purchase on Amazon and Kingston’s website, with prices starting at $96.99. The drive features a metal and plastic casing, operates within 0°C to 60°C, and includes a 5-year warranty.
