Ford has launched a new program allowing customers to buy certified pre-owned vehicles through Amazon’s online Autos portal, starting November 17, 2025, in Los Angeles, Seattle, and Dallas. The partnership, the second for Amazon after Hyundai, enables online browsing, financing, and paperwork, with in-person pickup at local Ford dealerships. Vehicles are inspected, reconditioned, and come with warranties and a 14-day or 1,000-mile money-back guarantee. Ford dealers retain control over pricing and service, while Amazon acts as a digital intermediary. The move aims to modernize the car-buying experience amid growing demand for digital retail options.
