Singapore's non-oil domestic exports rose 22.2% year-on-year in October 2025, far exceeding the 7.5% forecast, driven by surges in electronics—especially personal computers and integrated circuits—and a 176.8% jump in non-monetary gold exports.
Growth was broad-based across Asia, with strong increases to Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong, though exports to the U.S. fell 12.5% and Japan declined slightly.
