SAR Televenture Ltd reported record H1 FY26 results ending September 30, 2025, with EBITDA surging 176.36% year-on-year and PAT rising 126.78%, driven by improved efficiency and margin expansion of 475 basis points to 18.82%. The company deployed 1,200 4G/5G towers, added 75,000 home passes, and secured agreements with three major telecom operators for tower-sharing. It received 60 new tower sites from Vodafone and is pursuing acquisitions of Blue Lotus Support Services and Whitefield Communications for ₹800 crore to expand its southern India presence. Growth is supported by BSNL’s 112,000-tower rollout and rising data demand.
