Over 80 Australian organizations earned 2025–2026 Inclusive Employer recognition for meeting national inclusion standards.
Over 80 Australian organizations, including 7-Eleven, Grant Thornton, Services Australia, Lifeline WA, the Property Council of Australia, and Perth Airport, have been named 2025–2026 Inclusive Employers by Diversity Council Australia (DCA), meeting national benchmarks in inclusion across nine diversity dimensions.
The recognition, part of the Inclusive Employer Index developed with Cultural Infusion, marks a national standard for workplace equity and is tied to Inclusion at Work Week (17–21 November 2025), DCA’s 40th anniversary.
DCA CEO Catherine Hunter emphasized inclusion’s role in performance, wellbeing, and talent retention, urging ongoing commitment and employee listening.
New resources, including The Case for Inclusion@Work 2025–2026 and a guide on linguistic bias, were released to support data-driven inclusion strategies.
Employers are encouraged to share efforts using #InclusionAtWorkWeek.
