Peter Riera, 44, was arrested in Port St. Lucie, Florida, after firing four shots from a .45-caliber handgun outside Harper’s Pub on Tuesday during a drunken argument over chicken egg production.
Riera, who claimed to be a chicken farmer, became paranoid and accused three patrons of deception.
No one was injured.
All involved were intoxicated.
Riera faces multiple charges, including three counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Two victims were charged with resisting officers.
Authorities warned against carrying firearms while under the influence.
