Chandra Asri Pacific, an Indonesian conglomerate, has secured $750 million in financing from KKR to acquire ExxonMobil’s Esso-branded fuel station network in Singapore, including nearly 60 stations and supply agreements.

The company, which operates major petrochemical and refining assets in Indonesia and Singapore, saw its stock rise slightly after the announcement.
