Camino Minerals Corp. completed a C$5.6 million private placement, raising C$5.599 million by issuing 15.55 million shares at $0.36 each, with participation from new investors Elemental Royalties and Continental General Insurance Company, as well as insiders.
Proceeds will fund working capital, legal costs, engineering studies, and project development.
Additional shares were issued to Santiago Metals affiliates.
