A 73-year-old Penrith woman, Margaret Waller, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated threatening behaviour after a parking dispute with Romanian neighbours turned into a video-recorded confrontation on September 6.
She used racist language, including telling the couple to “get back on the boat” and threatening to shoot the male neighbour.
The pregnant female victim said she felt frightened.
Judge Philip Holden called the remarks racist and “very unpleasant” but noted no physical threat.
Waller, with no prior criminal record, was fined £200, ordered to pay £80 in victim surcharge and £85 in costs, and warned not to return to court.
