The residence was occupied by a female doctor from Haryana. The operation is linked to Muzaffar Rather, a key suspect believed to be in Afghanistan, and his brother Dr. Adeel Rather, arrested in Uttar Pradesh on November 6. A neighbor, Bilal Ahmad Wani, attempted self-immolation during questioning and was hospitalized with stable injuries; his son remains in custody. Authorities continue probing alleged financial and administrative networks supporting terrorism.
