The Eagles recorded 653 total yards, the most under head coach Clay Helton, and 581 yards in the first half, the most in a half under his tenure.
With the win, Georgia Southern remains one victory away from a fourth consecutive bowl appearance.
They will host Old Dominion on November 22.
