Ford Motor Company has unveiled its new 2.1 million-square-foot headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan, replacing the 1956-era "Glass House" and marking its first major relocation in over 70 years.
The state-of-the-art facility, part of the Henry Ford II World Center campus, will house up to 4,000 employees and features a high-tech "crown jewel" showroom, design studios, fabrication shops, and a 160,000-square-foot food hall with seven restaurants.
Designed to boost collaboration and innovation, the campus places leadership closer to engineers and designers, with over 14,000 employees within a seven-minute walk.
Ford aims to attract tech talent by positioning itself as a forward-looking company in software and AI, aligning with broader industry trends as General Motors also relocates its headquarters.
