Documents accusing medical and legal professionals of misconduct were traced to an email linked to an associate of the plaintiff’s son, who denied involvement. The court found Bar-Mordecai’s conduct a pattern of abuse, ordered the plaintiff to pay costs, and set a status hearing for December 10.
