Mike O'Shea re-signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers through 2026, ending speculation after he met with other CFL teams.
Mike O'Shea has signed a new three-year contract to remain as head coach of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers through the 2026 season, the team announced on November 14, 2025.

He has led the Bombers since 2014, guiding them to 117 regular-season wins, two Grey Cup championships in 2019 and 2021, and nine consecutive playoff appearances.
O'Shea surpassed Bud Grant to become the franchise’s winningest coach in 2024 and ranks seventh on the CFL’s all-time wins list.
General manager Kyle Walters, who joined the team in 2010, will also remain.
The move signals continued stability for a team that has not had a losing season since 2015 and has reached the Grey Cup five times in six years.
