IPC and JSPC partner to boost medicine safety in Jharkhand through training, reporting, and awareness.
The Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council (JSPC) to improve medicine safety and patient care in Jharkhand.
The agreement focuses on strengthening pharmacovigilance, promoting the rational use of medicines, and advancing patient safety through training pharmacists in adverse drug reaction reporting, supporting the mandatory use of the National Formulary of India in healthcare institutions, and organizing awareness programs.
IPC will provide technical guidance, while JSPC will coordinate implementation across public and private healthcare settings, including efforts to enhance medication safety monitoring and support National Pharmacovigilance Week.
IPC y JSPC se asocian para impulsar la seguridad de la medicina en Jharkhand a través de la capacitación, la presentación de informes y la concienciación.
