A revised plan to convert a closed Oxfordshire pub into a home was resubmitted, pending council review.
A plan to convert The Woodman Inn in North Leigh, Oxfordshire, into a private home has been resubmitted on November 12, 2025, following a rejection on October 15 over concerns the building could still operate as a pub.
The pub, closed since April, has been on the market since November 2024 with no buyers.
A surveyor’s report found the property’s size makes long-term pub operation unviable.
The updated application is open for public consultation until December 4, with the council’s planning committee set to decide if earlier concerns have been resolved.
