Net profit reached €21.4 million, up from €12.7 million, driven by higher revenue and improved margins. The company added 233 employees, ending the quarter with 17,680 professionals, and announced a €20 million share buyback and redemption of 75% of treasury shares. Despite foreign exchange losses and higher taxes, Nagarro maintained its full-year 2025 guidance.
