Fujiyama Power Systems' ₹828 crore IPO opens Nov. 13, aiming to expand solar manufacturing and repay debt.
Fujiyama Power Systems Ltd. launched its ₹828 crore IPO on November 13, 2025, pricing shares between ₹215 and ₹228, with a fresh issue of ₹600 crore and an offer-for-sale of ₹228 crore.
The company, which manufactures solar inverters, panels, and batteries, reported strong financial growth, with FY25 revenue at ₹1,540 crore and net profit at ₹156 crore, up from ₹664 crore and ₹24 crore in FY23.
Proceeds will fund a new manufacturing facility in Ratlam, debt repayment, and general corporate needs.
The IPO, closing on November 17, allocates 50% to qualified institutional buyers, 35% to retail investors, and 15% to non-institutional investors.
Shares are set to list on the NSE and BSE on November 20.
