Healthy Working Wales has launched three free tools to help employers improve workplace wellbeing, boost productivity, and reduce sickness absence.
The resources include an Employer Survey Tool for assessing wellbeing practices, virtual support from workplace advisers, and a Peer Mentoring Programme connecting employers across Wales.
The initiative, funded by the Welsh Government and delivered by Public Health Wales, was unveiled in Cardiff with participation from businesses like Admiral and input from public health experts.
Officials highlighted the financial impact of absenteeism, noting an average loss of £120 per day, and emphasized that supporting employee wellbeing benefits both individuals and organizations.
