Jordan, driving a Chevrolet Impala at over 100 mph—more than double the 55 mph speed limit—collided with a Ford Five Hundred driven by 37-year-old Jon David LaBeau, who was turning left on a green light.
LaBeau died from his injuries.
Jordan was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and tested positive for impairment.
He was booked into Pima County Jail.
The Tucson Police Department confirmed the crash was DUI-related and under investigation, with no further details released.
