Despite partial payments, over 30 students received no 2024/25 support, and universities have blocked access to essential services.
The group, representing around 110 scholars, says £400,000 is needed for 2025/26 and blames administrative failures for the crisis, urging President John Dramani Mahama and the UK High Commissioner to intervene.
